Mini Grants will be given to participating organizations in the Healthiest State Campaign for support of community-based efforts that address any of the action areas in the Circle of Health.

The grant period is for one year. Applications are accepted for $1,000 to $15,000. Deadlines: February 15, June 15, and September 15. If funds are available, applications will be accepted until November 1, 2007.
